Step into Stride Physical Therapy, P.C. started operating January of 2005 and was founded by Brian Mabrey, Physical Therapist. Brian Mabrey P.T. has a master’s degree in physical therapy and has been declared an expert in sensory nerve conduction studies of small pain fibers.   He is a Diplomat to the American Association of Sensory Electrodiagnostic Medicine (A.A.S.E.M). An Associate member of the Kings County Medical Society. A volunteer member of New York City’s Health Preparedness Team the Medical Reserve Corps.
